This collection contains class notes and drawings of the numerous classes that Ms. Cianci DeConti took throughout her career at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). These notebooks include drawings, sketches, color studies, clippings, and handwritten notes. It also contains papers and theses that Ms. Cianci DeConti wrote. These papers cover the scope of her school career (1935-1939) and classes.

Biographical note
Cora Cianci (Mrs. Merlin A. DeConti) was born on 1916 July 25. Her father was Alfred Cianci. She lived on 156 Jastram St, Providence Rhode Island.
A graduate of Central High School, she attended RISD from 1935-1939, majoring in costume design.
